“We think people are using the Web-conference tools to build better, more engaging meetings,” said Dan King, president of ReadyTalk, a Denver- based Web-conferencing company. “Conferencing as a service is a beneficiary of things that sometimes shock an economy, like gas prices. But once companies experience the productivity, they continue with these kinds of products.”…King said ReadyTalk revenues from Web conferences are up 70 percent this year, compared with the same period in 2006. Revenues from audio conferences are up 45 percent, by comparison.
