RADVISION (Nasdaq: RVSN), a leading provider of video network infrastructure and developer tools for unified visual communications over IP, 3G, and emerging next-generation IMS networks, reported today that Zohar Zisapel, Chairman of the Board, purchased 414,936 shares of the Company in the open market in the period beginning May 5 through May 19. The total amount invested by Mr. Zisapel for those shares was approximately $2.9 million at an average price of $7.10 per share.
