Chicago, London (February 11, 2009) –

InterCall, the world’s largest conferencing and collaboration services provider, and Huddle.net today announced a global partnership that delivers the world’s first unified collaboration, communication and social networking platform for the enterprise. Through the partnership, InterCall customers can access Huddle’s features – from secure online work spaces to project management tools – from their conferences for more effective and boundary-less working practices.

“Through this partnership with Huddle, our customers around the world will benefit from an experience that takes collaboration to the next level,” said Scott Etzler, InterCall’s president. “Many of our customers are already familiar with Huddle from LinkedIn and Facebook, so we’re excited to extend that experience to conferencing so they can be even more productive.”

The new relationship means that InterCall conferencing customers can schedule phone and web meetings in Huddle and share dial-in details, documents and meeting minutes. In addition, they will benefit from Huddle’s full range of project management and collaboration tools including discussions, whiteboards, tasks and document versioning and audit trail.

“Huddle offered by InterCall is a true differentiator in a marketplace for both companies and realises our vision of end-to-end collaboration and social networking for business, in one place. Our partnership means that the users across the globe can now take advantage of Huddle and work together better, online or during live conferencing, regardless of their size or budget,” said Alastair Mitchell, co-founder and CEO, Huddle.net

Huddle, which can be quickly rolled-out online to teams, features secure, VPN-like access from any computer. By using its customizable workspaces, customers can by-pass email, avoid FTP servers and eliminate USBs and CDs. It also offers a unique RSS feature that keeps teams on track with up-dates and deadlines. Huddle features tailored training programs and award-winning-customer support.

Under the terms of the deal, InterCall will be reselling Huddle globally and giving each of its customers a free Huddle account. Similarly, Huddle’s enterprise customers will be able to take advantage of InterCall’s conferencing services.
