iLinc to Hold Annual Key Customer Summit

Conference will Bring Together a Who’s Who List of Customers to Share Best Practices in Meeting Online Using Web Conferencing

(AMEX:ILC), a leading developer of Web conferencing software and audio conferencing services will hold its annual Key Customer Summit beginning Wednesday, January 30th through Thursday, January 31st at the Scottsdale Marriott at McDowell Mountains in Scottsdale, Ariz. The Summit brings together over 125 iLinc customers, partners, and prospects to facilitate best practice and knowledge sharing surrounding the iLinc Web conferencing product. From technologists and end-users to executives and strategists, the Summit assembles the inner circle of iLinc enthusiasts for an interactive session unlike any other user conference.

This year’s Summit will feature best practice presentations from BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina, Global Knowledge, SYNNEX Corporation and The Dow Chemical Company. Guest speaker, Ken Molay, President of Webinar Success and noted industry blogger, will present practical tips and guidelines for preparing and delivering an online presentation, “Better Than Being There: Your How-To Guide.” Andrew Nilssen, Senior Analyst with Wainhouse Research will provide a presentation on “Moving Your Usage of Web Conferencing to the Next Level.” The Summit concludes with an all-day event at the FBR Open in Scottsdale which gives participants the opportunity to network with their peers as they watch the largest PGA event on the tour from the iLinc corporate tent.
