Software Company Deploys iLinc Web Conferencing to Provide Live, Online Support for Customers

PHOENIX, Arizona (October 13, 2005) –

iLinc Communications, Inc. (AMEX:ILC), developers of Web conferencing software and audio conferencing solutions announced today that CCG Systems, Inc., a nationwide leader in fleet management software and services, has selected iLinc Web conferencing software to provide live, online support for CCG System’s large customer base. iLinc’s Web conferencing product SupportLinc enables organizations to diagnose support issues in real-time by allowing a customer support professional to see exactly what a user sees on their PC and to take over the user’s desktop temporarily to resolve the issue. Customer support professionals are able to fix issues more quickly and more accurately by eliminating the need for users to describe their issue and for support personnel to coach users to perform the correct series of steps.
