Technology Firm Uses iLinc to Increase Customer Retention to 87%

PHOENIX, Arizona (March 14, 2007) –

iLinc Communications, Inc. (AMEX:ILC), developers of Web conferencing software and audio conferencing solutions, today announced that e2impact, Inc. has increased customer retention from 50 to 87 percent, since implementing iLinc Web conferencing software. e2impact switched from a competing Web conferencing provider for better reliability and overall performance after having suffering technical failures, poor system performance, and other potentially damaging setbacks. e2impact switched to iLinc Web conferencing software for greater reliability and reduced latency. The company is now regularly hosting large customer Web events with as many as 1000 participants using iLinc’s integrated VoIP.
