Event to Bring Experts Together Nationwide to Mentor Local Colleges

PHOENIX, Arizona (September 08, 2005) –

(AMEX:ILC), developers of Web conferencing software and audio conferencing solutions, announced that the Company has partnered with PaperClip Communications to produce an emergency town meeting, bringing college administrators located in areas devastated by the recent hurricane together with disaster relief experts nationwide through an audio conference. The meeting will produce a forum where colleges can coordinate and communicate on efforts that will best help the victims of the hurricane.

Colleges and universities are often on the front line in feeding and sheltering evacuees. As the relief efforts continue, federal support agencies are likely to move onto college campuses and use college resources to help organize relief efforts, develop long-term rebuilding plans, and rely on the campus infrastructure to support all relief efforts. College administrators are eager to play an important role in helping the gulf coast heal. This meeting will connect these administrators with officials from agencies such as the American Red Cross who can disseminate critical information and offer sound advice that will help as colleges and their communities plan to absorb the hurricane evacuees. This conference call is estimated to have more than 1,000 college and university personnel in attendance.
