AG Financial to offer iLinc Web /Audio Conferencing to Customer Base of 265,000 Organizations

PHOENIX, Arizona (February 14, 2005) –

iLinc Communications , Inc. (AMEX:ILC), developers of Web conferencing software and integrated audio conferencing solutions, today announced that the technology services division of AG Financial will resell iLinc Web and audio conferencing services as a key component of their products and services offering to the AG membership of more than 250,000 faith-based organizations worldwide.

Dream3, the technology services division of AG Financial that will spearhead the initiative, is the preferred Web technology services provider for the Assembly of God, an organization representing 250,000 churches and 60 million members worldwide. Dream3 also works with the Church of God Ministries, which encompasses approximately 15,000 churches and a membership of 2 million worldwide. Dream3 will offer a co-branded Web and audio conferencing solution to the churches within these ministries to help them become more efficient with their internal finance committee meetings, outreach efforts, special events and board meetings.
