Rebranded as KnowledgePlanet Live, KnowledgePlanet is offering the virtual classroom environment, as an optional component to its flagship On-Demand Learning Suite. The company will also offer an iLinc integration module that allows customers to utilize an existing iLinc Web conferencing system with the KnowledgePlanet LMS.

KnowledgePlanet Live, as well as the iLinc integration module, enables KnowledgePlanet customers to manage the content, users, and reporting of their live, virtual learning events The hosted service embeds an interactive, real-time collaborative training capability within the KnowledgePlanet technology platform, supplementing the company’s self-paced Web-based training, simulation development tools and out-of-the box catalog offerings.

The iLinc integration module provides seamless communication with iLinc’s Web conferencing solution, allowing KnowledgePlanet to also provide an enterprise-wide solution enabling their customers to expand their Web conferencing usage outside their training departments.
