iLinc Adds South Carolina to Growing Cadre of States Adopting Enterprise Web Conferencing Solutions

South Carolina Becomes Fifth State to Select iLinc, Joining Arizona, Oregon, Louisiana, Utah

PHOENIX, Ariz. (February 25, 2008) –

iLinc Communications, Inc. (AMEX:ILC), a leading developer of Web conferencing software and audio conferencing services, today announced that it has entered an agreement with the state of South Carolina to provide statewide government organizations with a single-point solution for Web conferencing.

The agreement marks the fifth U.S. state to select iLinc’s suite of Web conferencing products to better enable cross-agency collaboration. The South Carolina contract is valued at approximately $250,000.

“We are certainly gaining momentum among state governments as more and more states are looking for more efficient ways to work,” said James M. Powers, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer of iLinc. “Customers in the public sector choose iLinc for our broad set of features designed for live, online instruction which is provided with industry-leading data security and easy integration with other complementary technologies.”

“States also appreciate our product’s embedded Green Meter® which gives them the ability to measure carbon emissions that are eliminated by using Web conferencing instead of traveling to meetings,” Powers added.

South Carolina joins Oregon, Louisiana, Utah and Arizona as states which have seen the value of implementing a full suite of Web conferencing software products and services to increase productivity and save money that otherwise would be spent on expensive travel.

iLinc has over 4,000 customers, including notable customers in the mid to enterprise category. iLinc remains the only enterprise-class Web conferencing software provider that offers the convenience of its unique hybrid license model. With iLinc, organizations can both purchase a perpetual license (providing return on investment) and yet also choose to have iLinc host their software (providing the conveniences of the SaaS model).

To provide even greater flexibility, iLinc also matches its competitor’s subscription license models so that customers may choose to acquire iLinc’s award-winning Web conferencing software in a manner that fits their budget and preferences, including concurrent seat, named user and per month subscription programs.
