South Carolina Becomes Fifth State to Select iLinc, Joining Arizona, Oregon, Louisiana, Utah

PHOENIX, Ariz. (February 25, 2008) –

(AMEX:ILC), a leading developer of Web conferencing software and audio conferencing services, today announced that it has entered an agreement with the state of South Carolina to provide statewide government organizations with a single-point solution for Web conferencing.

The agreement marks the fifth U.S. state to select iLinc’s suite of Web conferencing products to better enable cross-agency collaboration. The South Carolina contract is valued at approximately $250,000.
