Cisco Unveils the Cius, Their Latest in Video Conferencing Devices
Cisco unveiled their Android video conferencing tablet, named the Cisco Cius. This mobile collaboration tool is ideal for business users who need to talk to their employees or colleagues from anywhere. Users will have complete access to Cisco applications, including HD video.
The Cius computing device is based on the Android operating system. It is an open platform designed to connect employees and increase collaboration. HD video streaming, multi-party conferencing, email, and the ability to share content in the cloud are all features of the Cisco Cius. An HD audio station with a telephone handset speakerphone is included. The Cius also offers virtual desktop integration and cloud-based services, which takes away the need for desktop maintenance.
