Saba Will Co-host Workshops on Social and Mobile Learning to Enhance Workforce Effectiveness and Sales Readiness
REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. (March 25, 2011) – Saba (NASDAQ:SABA), the premier people cloud provider, today announced that it is participating at the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) Spring Symposium in Amelia Island, FL on March 27
Saba will be showcasing its People Cloud offerings with a new application that helps organizations to more quickly train and prepare their employees to be revenue contributors, while at the same time reduce training costs. Specifically, Saba will be highlighting the Saba Social Learning product offering.
Pete Premenko, Senior Director of the Brinker Learning Center for Brinker International, a restaurant brand and Saba customer, will be co-presenting at the conference with David Koehn, Saba’s Director of Product Strategy, People Learning. In the session, entitled, “Accelerate Learning and Drive Behavior through Social Networks and Informal Learning,” the two will discuss how Brinker International’s restaurants relied on social learning to enhance workforce effectiveness. This event will take place on March 29, 2011 at 11AM EST.
Saba will also host another speaking session with Dr. Gary Woodill, CEO of i5 Research, a consulting organization that assesses innovations and emerging technologies. The workshop entitled, “Mobile Learning and Social Learning for Sales Readiness” will cover mobile devices and social media and how each makes an impact on sales training and readiness. This event will take place on March 30, 2011 at 8AM EST.
