Awards for Customer Excellence Presented to Organizations Using iLinc Web Conferencing in Innovative Ways

Held January 27-29 at the Marriott McDowell Mountains Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona, the event brought together hundreds of users representing organizations from a variety of industries to learn best practices, hear directly from other customers and participate in hands-on product training.

During iConnect 09, iLinc executives presented the first-ever Awards for Customer Excellence (ACE) recognizing iLinc customers for their innovative use of iLinc web conferencing and video conferencing inside their organizations to enable better communication and collaboration.

    * Business Impact (Small/Medium Organization): Battered Women’s Justice Project—The Battered Women’s Justice Project promotes systemic change within community organizations and governmental agencies engaged in the civil and criminal justice response to domestic violence.
