Citrix Online Develops New Remote Support Solution to Solve Unique Needs of Small Businesses
Users Offered Significant Voice in Final Development of Citrix GoToAssist Express
SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – January 7, 2008 – Citrix Online, a division of Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTXS), is in the final development of Citrix® GoToAssist® Express, a new, easy-to-use remote support solution purpose-built for small businesses and professionals who need to support their clients. Citrix Online developed the first online remote support tool, Citrix GoToAssist, which revolutionized the way support could be delivered. With this new offering, the GoToAssist product line delivers the only purpose-built remote support family of services that scale to address the needs of any organization – from the smallest business to the largest corporate enterprise.
Citrix Online is offering a free Beta of GoToAssist Express, which is open to IT, software and accounting consultants, internal help desks, and others interested in helping develop the product. Beta users will be able to provide real-time feedback on their experience, using a dedicated GoToAssist Express online forum.
