iLinc for Salesforce CRM Lands Another Customer

Research firm Revelation Global announced last week that they have deployed iLinc for Salesforce CRM via the AppExchange. The application aims to improve the customer lifecycle by automating key processes, and thereby unburdening customer-facing employees to they can focus on driving revenue. Specifically the application allows Salesforce CRM customers to launch virtual meetings and demos directly from the Salesforce platform.

Revelation provides online qualitative research software that utilizes Web 2.0 culture to help customers with market research, and they first discovered iLinc when they were vetting web conferencing providers, looking expressly for one that would allow them to create interactive and content-driven demos for potential clients. As Salesforce CRM users, they were happy to consider iLinc for CRM because of the ease with which they could integrate lead information from webinars, and they were even more impressed with iLinc’s myriad interactive features.

Even though there are plenty of different integrations available, it can be difficult to find a solution that delivers high-impact webinars, sales demos, and training sessions, and then import information gathered there to sales and support teams. Registration and attendance information is sent directly to the CRM platform in “near real-time.”
